My newest project is focused on creating a recipe collection cookbook from my vast 30 year career as a Certified Executive Chef. This cookbook will feature recipes from every Restaurant, Country Club and Resort that I ever created menus for. It will also have a section called Cabin Guest, Family and Friends. It will feature recipes submitted by previous guest that have stayed at Rock-n-Creek as well as recipes from family and friends. So Cabin Guest, Family and Friends, have recipes to submit?
