Teas

Experience the culinary flair of Old World tradition. Enjoy an afternoon tea or high tea anytime of the day. Typically, afternoon tea is served between 2-4 p.m. and high tea between 4-6 p.m.

What sets these two meals apart is the addition of a heavier entrée dish to the high tea. Which could be hot or cold? Since back in Victorian days people ate much later in the evening, these meals served as a bridge between breakfast and dinner. Nevertheless, who sticks to tradition? This is your tea party have it anytime you like.

Teas are created and change daily. Savory and sweet breads are baked fresh daily. Local mountain orchards supply an abundance of homemade preserves and jams, which are incorporated into these teas.

A specialty used and made right in eyesight of your cabin is homemade apple butter. Hot scones, sweet butter and apple butter, your speechless.
