Cooked and Served in an Authentic Tagine. Hand Carried from Morocco.

Slow Cooked Tender Beef cooked with Dried Fruits, Root Vegetables and Almonds.

Served with Roasted Tomato and Pepper Salad.

Pollo Rollatini Florentine. Florence, Italy

(Boneless Chicken Breast stuffed with Mozzarella and Spinach Florentine)

Served with Sautéed Garlic and Broccoli Florets.

Served with Pasta and Sauce DuJour.

Pecan Encrusted Salmon. USA

Wild caught salmon bathed in sweet honey and lemon grass, topped with chopped pecans and broiled. Served on a bed of wilted greens, with a side of creamed mushrooms and orzo.

CANCELLATIONS must be made 72 hours in advance of arrival. Less than 72 hours notice all charges apply and a cancellation fee will be charged.
